         1.增大沸腾炉沸腾段的空间 将沸腾段底部锥体角度由450改为600,以保证煤的充分燃烧,热量完全释放,减少煤的挂壁,达到降低热耗的目的;制作挡火墙时,将其高度由原来的2.35m降至2.2m,使被鼓风机吹起的呈沸腾状的小颗粒炉渣能被引风机抽至鸡粪烘干机入口处。2.提高风帽风口的风速 在供风量不变的情况下,减少炉膛的通风面积,由原来的1 090mmxl lOOmm减小至850ram1 100mm,风帽通风风速为4143m/s,比原来提高了20%。3.改进风箱。使风分布均匀 原风箱风不是沿风道切向进入风箱,造成风局部分布不均,风大的地方结焦,风小的地方燃烧过慢,碎煤燃烧不完全。改变风箱结构,前后角度改为1l度,风由350mm*350mm的方形进风孔进入风箱,然后沿切线方向均匀地吹向风帽,使风能分布均匀。改进后,在炉膛铺上细砂,开启风机,砂粒能均匀地在炉膛上沸腾,当风机风门开至50%时,炉膛中的细砂就被沸腾吹至1.5一1.8m高,达到了预期的沸腾效果。4.改进喂煤系统 1)首先将喂煤管找正,然后将下煤管头部接一块耐热钢板,此耐热钢板为凸板状,当煤借助重力落至凸板时,会均匀分散于炉膛中。 2)由于北方冬季天气寒冷,含水分的煤呈冻结状,而喂煤管中有热气体上窜,使冻结的煤部分融化,致使圆盘喂料机下料口经常堵塞,无法正常喂煤。将圆盘喂料机更换为电子皮带秤后,解决了这一问题。5.重新布置碎煤机 环锤碎煤机能力不足,煤碎料多时,水分稍大(超过4%)就堵料严重,无法工作,而处理碎煤机堵料极不方便。为解决这一问题,将碎煤机前移lm,在碎煤机入口溜槽底部加装钢制筛网,筛孑L尺寸为lOmmlOmm,筛孔下部用溜槽接入碎煤仓,这样小于lOmm的碎煤不经过碎煤机,直接进入碎煤仓,不但降低了碎煤机的负荷,而且基本解决了由于原煤粉料多、水分大而造成的碎煤机堵料现象。
