目前,国内谷物烘干机械已经基本上能够自给自足,但是由于市场上大部分都是种子加工成套设备,价格高,能耗大,还不能完全适应小型种子生产和经营部门的要求。因此,研制开发出一种实用性强、市场前景好的小型谷物烘干机械。该机采用滚筒式干燥机的结构.热风对流式的干燥方法以及间歇式谷物干燥的工作方式,其配用动力是1.5kW,220V的单相交流电动机,滚筒半径为0.5m,转速为30r/rain,风机转速为560r/min,具有结构简单、使用方便和干燥速度快等优点。工作时,滚筒顺时针回转(进料时滚筒顺时针旋转),但装有风机的圆筒不旋转。滚筒外侧正中安装有圆环形齿圈,与滚筒焊为一体,它被小齿轮驱动用于带动滚筒回转。在滚筒外侧的两端安装有钢圈,用作滚筒回转的轨道。在滚筒内壁镶有纵向抄板,当滚筒回转时,滚筒底部的种子被抄板炒起,随着滚筒的回转,抄板中的种子渐渐均匀撒落。处于均匀撤落状态的种子受到热风的吹拂,使种子中的水分蒸发出来。出料时,滚筒逆时针旋转,谷物顺着导料板滑出。
为保证滚筒中谷物种子均匀撒落,滚筒转速n应保持不变,使其转动平稳。转筒由安装于轴向两端的4个滚轮支撑,转筒正中安装有齿圈,电动机经皮带将动力传递到减速箱。减速箱的输出端接小齿轮,在齿轮的驱动下,齿圈旋转带动转筒回转,如图5所示。1)取滚筒转速n=30r/min。2)带的选型与设计。电机的转速为1430r/min,滚筒的转速为30r/min,故总传动比为i=1430/30=47.7。小型滚筒式谷物烘干机创新之处: 1)采用220V单向交流电源供电,凡是有交流电源的地方都可使用,为用户提供了方便。 2)整机装在地排车下盘上,移动方便。 3)结构简单,维修方便。 4)整机效率高,且节能。
