    正科回转转筒烘干机的性能特点详解
         回转转筒烘干机生产能力大、适用范围广、流体阻力小、操作上允许波动范围较大、操作方便。采用高温载热体直接与被干燥物料接触,对流传热,热利用率较高。烘干机机身为一圆筒,由自动焊组成,并经无损探伤检验焊缝,筒体材质为:Q235-B,转筒内设有抄板,其作用是翻动物料,并将其均匀的分撒在通过筒体的气流中。抄板形状取决于物料的特性,物料特性在干燥过程中改变时,抄板的沿干燥器的长度发生变化。筒体制造完成后,保证筒体的径向跳动<5mm;两滚圈处是在滚圈安装到筒体上后再上车床对滚圈外圆面进行金加工,确保两滚圈的同心度;筒体安装后进料端高出料端低与水平成2.5度倾斜角以利物料移动。为减少热损失及安全性,筒体外壁进行保温处理。筒体内外进行表面处理:内壁焊缝打磨;支撑部份:转筒上二滚圈下各设一托轮组,每一托轮组由二只托轮组成,二只托轮与转筒中心成60夹角支撑。出料端托轮组处设一挡轮组,由二只挡轮夹住滚轮以限止筒体的上、下窜动。托轮、挡轮均为铸钢件,底座为整体焊接件,以保证有足够的刚性和强度,以及同一轮组的平行度。传动部份:传动采用电机带动硬齿面减速机,用减速机输出轴后小齿轮带动转筒上大齿轮的转动来带动转筒的传动,传动部分用保护罩作安全性防护。转筒绕与水平成2.5度的轴线作低速转动,转速用变频器控制电机作无极调速。出料罩兼设计成旋流沉降室(旋风分离器作用),出料罩设置泄爆口及蒸汽灭火装置。出料口接关风机;进出料罩与筒体密封采用迷宫密封,结构简单,无接触面,不存在磨损问题,且不受筒体窜动。
