    双筒烘干机烘干系统风炉的选择
          双筒烘干机是一种直接传热式的回转式烘干机,主要是由内简体、外筒体、托轮、轮带支承装置、传动装置、进料进气、卸料出气密封装置等组成(见下页图),其结构主要有两大特点:(1)筒体由两个同一轴线的内,外筒组成。内筒体为圆锥形简体,外简体是由法兰螺栓固定联接的两个半圆组成的直简体。在两个筒体壁上分别配置专用螺旋板、扬料板和导向卸料板。这一结构的创新是内循环烘干机设计的一大突破,在保证物料烘干工艺所需时间的前提下,整机长度缩短40%,筒体空间充分被烘干物料与热烟气热交换,避免高温气流热量的直接流失,也减少外部散热的损失,并解决了内、外筒体壁上扬料板的检修问题。(2)简体的支承和传动装置做了较大的改进。该机采用外径较大的轮带、托轮支承;传动采用边缘传动,使安装、操作极为简便,运行也更为可靠,运转率达95%以上。

         烘干机使用效果的好坏,不仅体现在本体设计上的周密、通盘考虑,如较低的热损失、料气的充分交换;还要考虑系统中的众多因素,使之达到******结合。热风炉是烘干系统的热量来源。热风炉热效率高低取决于热烟气的输入量和介质温度,实际应用中热风炉有多种形式。层燃式手烧炉:由人工手动喂煤,可直接燃烧50ram以下的粒状煤,需不断的进煤、清渣,工人劳动强度大,大量冷风带入炉内,燃烧过程不稳定、炉内烟气温度低、不完全燃烧损失大,造成煤耗高、热效率低、供热量小。喷燃式煤粉炉:对火烟深度控制要求严格,火焰过深,则容易烧坏烘干机内部筒体及扬料板,甚至改变物料的物性;过短,则烟气进入烘干机的温度不足,烘干能力变差。此外,对煤质及细度要求严格,燃烧不稳定,操作难度大。沸腾炉:它介于层燃和悬浮状燃烧之间,燃烧时呈沸腾状态,具有强化燃烧、传热效果好、结构简单、可燃烧劣质燃料等优点。但传统沸腾炉由于局部结构设计不合理,直角部分多,使用寿命短,炉内易结渣,涡流现象严重,煤耗较高,燃烧温度偏低。
