磨头短程烘干机经济效益以及工艺流程

1.提高了磨机产量经磨头烘干机在450-500摄氏度温度下,仅需4分钟左右的传热蒸发,其水分可降至2%以下,加之入磨物料和气体温度较高,水分蒸发很快,不但不影响磨机台时产量,还有不同程度的提高。球磨机台时产量由不烘干石灰石时年均19吨每小时提高到年均23.5吨每小时,当大气温度高、雨水量少时,可达25-26吨每小时。
2.降低了电耗传统工艺过程复杂、机械设备多、电力消耗大,而磨头烘干机与炉膛配备装机容量仅为传统工艺10%,烘干电费低。磨机台时产量提高,电耗下降,仅此项年节电98万kwh。原烘干和输送系统装机容量328.5kwh,现在磨头烘干2 套装机总容量为19.4kw,按烘干所有原燃材料实际开车时间计,年节省烘干用电23万kwh。
3.减少了飞扬损失,保护厂区生产环境改造前烘干的物料在储存、运输、加工换料过程中除尘器跑灰,造成大量扬尘,严重污染环境,其飞灰损失按0.85%计,物料损失2300t/a。采用磨头烘干后,基本无扬尘。
4.降低了设备维护费采用磨头烘干后,每年给企业带来的直接效益总和为150万元。
在磨机前面安装1台短程
烘干机,物料和烟气直接入磨,可实现高水分时由烘干机干燥,低水分时在粉磨过程中完成。烘干机尾与磨机进料口对接,机前设置燃烧炉,依靠磨尾排风机负压将热烟气自炉膛吸入烘干机、磨机。在负压时提高蒸发速度。原燃材料采用湿料,由电子皮带秤计量配料后入磨头烘干机。为了使粘土、煤能较快吸收热量,设置了粘土和煤破碎机。为了避免湿料下料不畅,粘土、煤、铁粉在皮带秤上方设置配料斗,减少压死现象,工艺流程见图。
